It took me 15 minutes from the time I received the doordash order to arrive at this location, only to wait another 2 minutes to be acknowledged and another 5 minutes for the order. There is a full staff of employees and almost no one in the lobby. Main employee putting order together didn't even bother to out the large, 16 item -3 boxes and 1 bag order - in a delivery bag. Get it together.

Great location - easy in and out….coffee is always fresh and served with a smile!! Try one of their infused muffins will not be disappointed.

I have never been spoken to the way this woman just spoke to me. I mobile ordered and asked for an ice water at the speaker, I was told to love forward and was not given a price. I came up to the window and was told it was .70 cents. First of all I’m confused on how a cup of water is being charged, that’s not my biggest issue. As me and my passenger are looking for .70 the woman at the window proceeds to say “they forgot their wallet”. We pay and she hands us the water and then quickly shuts the window saying have a good day. I say “we still have drinks we ordered”. The woman proceeds to complain and say “why would you order a water when you got drinks already”. This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. As someone who works in customer service and coffee, I was horrified at how we were spoken too. Be better.

You charge a 1.60 for cream cheese and this is how it’s delivered. Can people actually give a crap about customer service. This is unacceptable , between this and the ice cold but burnt hashbrowns the quality of food at the particular location has gone way down hill. Maybe the owner needs to stop charging more than the other stores and once the food quality meets standards then look into charging what you do now .

Order new brioche sandwich I got it and it was cold I went in to get another made hot. They told me that the ham is supposed to be served cold. This my first time ordering a sandwich from this place I've never had a breakfast sandwich served cold. It taste like it looks cold wet ham unmelted cheese barely warm egg plain tasting bread. There is no honey flavor at all. This sandwich is disgusting I could have made better at home. Is this how tim Horton supposed to be I don't really eat here? Also it was $22 for two sandwiches 20 timbit and a large drink.
